GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS — AlgaStream LLC
Version 1.0 — 2025

Art. 1 — Purpose. These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between AlgaStream LLC and any client wishing to use its scientific consulting services in the field of microalgae.

Art. 2 — Services. AlgaStream provides scientific consulting, academic mediation, project engineering and market strategy services in the microalgae sector.

Art. 3 — Pricing. Prices are set by quote, in CHF or TND as agreed between the parties. Invoices payable within 30 days.

Art. 4 — Confidentiality. AlgaStream undertakes to keep confidential all technical, commercial and financial information communicated by its clients.

Art. 5 — Intellectual property. Deliverables become the client's property once full payment has been received.

Art. 6 — Liability. AlgaStream is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of results below estimates or decisions taken by the client.

Art. 7 — Termination. Services billed pro rata. 30 days' notice required.

Art. 8 — Applicable law. Swiss law. Courts of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction.
